Brightsun Travel (UK) Ltd. provides travel-related services in the UK through its network of five offices in Central London, W1, Hounslow, West London, Birmingham, Glasgow and Manchester. It also provides travel planning services for UK based clients predominantly to Eastbound long-haul destinations. The service industry in the UK, including travel agencies, has been and continues to be one of the fastest growing business sectors of the economy. Brightsun Travel (UK) Ltd. has capitalised on the success of this industry by breaking into tailor made packages to over twenty-five destinations such as Dubai, Maldives and Mauritius.

COMPANY'S ACHIEVEMENTS
The company was formed in 1990. At that time there were three staff and the operations were predominantly seat sale and with the trade. From then on the company has grown to a turnover exceeding GBP21 million, and has diversified into corporate, holidays, and incentives. By identifying key markets we have managed to grow the business and are consistently striving to improve the service to our clients.

OUR TEAM AND NETWORK
Between the offices the number of staff exceeds 50. By Jan 05, once the back office processing in India is ready, the number of staff will exceed 100. This will enable us to have expertise in almost all travel fields. We are equipped with Galileo, Worldspan and Sabre reservation systems in our offices. All these connect with our back office system which controls accounts, reservations, pre flight options and therefore we are able to generate our analysis and reports instantly. Brightsun Travel also provides 24 hours emergency support services for clients and airlines alike.

OUR PRODUCTS
We chose our markets carefully after studying the needs of our clients and identify those carriers that fit within our market expansion plan. From our database we keep reviewing destinations of our passengers. Below are some of our forty-airline partners:
Air India, Air Mauritius, Alitalia, Austrian, British Midland, Emirates, Etihad Airways, Indian Airlines, Malaysian Airlines, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines, Sri Lankan, Swiss, Thai Airways etc.
Our strategy has been to grow with our airline partners. With these diversified products, we are able to channel different type of markets.

All passengers booked with Brightsun Travel (UK) Ltd. are protected financially by the UK Civil Aviation Authority bonding scheme known as ATOL. Furthermore we hold an IATA licence in all the offices.
